Copy to your computer and enlarge to desired size.Trace pattern onto muslin using a blue wash out pen.Make a second black tracing of outline only.Stitch,Wash out blue marker. Stitch front to back leaving a opening for stuffing.Stuff. and sew up opening.Attach hanger.
